• Copyright (personal: life + 50 years, juristic: 50 years)
  • no need to register
  • cover on expression of idea , not for idea only
• Trademark (10 years, renewable)
  • registration is not required, but register is better
  • sign or symbol which used to identify the source of goods or services
  • need to check the name and symbol in the country to register
  • can’t use reserver word (different between country)
  • name mustn’t show the attributes or characteristics of the item
• Trade Secrets
  • automatically protect
    • the information must not be known publicly or accessible by persons who are normally connected with the information.
    • the commercial values of the information must derive from its secrecy
    • The controller of the information must have taken appropriate measures to maintain its secrecy (Physical security, NDA)
